NETPIL purposively and strategically identifies deserving cases for consideration as PIL cases. Case identification and conceptualization is at the level of the thematic working groups. NETPIL supports conceptualizing, filing and prosecuting of cases.
The priority is for NETPIL to engage its members and significant stakeholders towards well-thought-out and grounded PIL interventions.
NETPIL’s cardinal strength is derived from the national wide membership. NETPIL acts as a support and coordination mechanism for public interest initiatives and can only deliver on its PIL mandate through its membership as individuals, law firms or organisations.
