As part of the project activities, is Monitoring, Documentation and Reporting on the state of freedoms in Uganda. NETPIL Launched 3 Reports: (a) The State of Freedom of Expression, Association and Assembly in Uganda in Light of the Public Order Management Act 2013 (November 2020); (b) Freedom of Expression, Assembly and Association: A Pursuit for Democracy in the 2021 Elections in Uganda (June 2021); and (c) The 2021 General ‘Elections’ in Uganda: Human Rights Violations and The Spectacle of Violence (June 2021)
